Shipping & Returns
Local Delivery
At the moment, we don’t offer nationwide shipping. Flowers are delivered locally within Inveraray and surrounding areas, keeping things slow, careful, and true to how the flowers are grown and prepared.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the season, workload, and weather. If you’re unsure whether your location is covered, please get in touch before placing an order.
Collection Options
If delivery isn’t suitable, there are a couple of lovely alternatives:

Market Collection – Orders can be collected from selected local markets across Argyll. Upcoming market dates and locations are shared regularly.

Farm Collection – By arrangement, you’re welcome to collect your flowers directly from the farm.
Collection details will be confirmed once your order is placed.
Shipping
We currently do not offer postal or courier shipping for fresh flowers or seasonal creations. This helps ensure flowers arrive in their best possible condition and keeps the process aligned with our local, low-impact approach.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns and exchanges are not normally accepted.
However, if there is an issue with your order; such as damage or a concern with quality, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to resolve things fairly and kindly.
Cancellations & Changes
Because flowers are grown, gathered, and prepared fresh to order, cancellations or changes may be limited once work has begun. If something changes, please get in touch as early as you can and we’ll try to accommodate where possible.
Seasonal Variation
All flowers are seasonal and naturally ever-changing. Colours, varieties, and textures may differ slightly from photographs shown, but the overall style, care, and value of your order will always remain true.
